Minute Hatch Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mighty Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Minute Hatch mobile app (the “App”). Minute Hatch is built with a privacy-first approach. While we utilize cloud-based AI to analyze your speech, we do not store your recordings on our servers.
1. Information We Process and Collect
A) Voice Recordings & AI Analysis To provide objective feedback on your speech (e.g., confidence, charisma, and articulation), the App transmits your voice recordings to our backend servers.
No Storage: Your recordings are processed in real-time and are not stored, saved, or archived on our servers. Once the analysis is complete, the recording is immediately discarded from our backend systems.
Local Storage: The original voice recording and the resulting AI analysis data are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your past recordings or your specific analysis history once the session is over.
B) Subscription and Purchase Information (Apple App Store) All subscriptions are handled by Apple. We receive information regarding your subscription status (active, expired, renewal dates) and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store your credit card details or full payment information.
C) Analytics and Attribution (PostHog & AppsFlyer) We use third-party tools to understand how users interact with the App and to measure our marketing performance:
PostHog Cloud: Used to understand the onboarding journey (screen views, button taps).
AppsFlyer: Used to track app launches and attribution (e.g., which marketing campaign led to a subscription button click). These tools collect technical data such as IP addresses, device identifiers, and timestamps. We do not send your voice recordings or AI analysis results to these third-party analytics providers.
2. How We Use Information
To provide real-time AI speech analysis.
To verify and maintain your subscription status.
To analyze and improve the onboarding experience and marketing effectiveness.
To detect and prevent technical issues or abuse.
3. Data Sharing and Retention
Service Providers: We share limited technical data with PostHog (Analytics) and AppsFlyer (Attribution).
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Retention: Since recordings and analysis results are stored locally, they remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Analytics data is retained according to the policies of PostHog and AppsFlyer.
4. Your Choices and Data Control
Recordings: You can delete your recordings and analysis results at any time within the App or by uninstalling the App.
Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Analytics: There is currently no in-app toggle to disable analytics. By using the App, you consent to the collection of the limited technical data described above.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your recordings during transmission to our AI analysis engine. Because your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your recordings also depends on your device's security settings (e.g., Passcode, FaceID).
